Arika Zulfitri Karim has extensive experience in recruitment and psychological assessment, currently serving as a Recruitment Officer at Pamapersada Nusantara since July 2017, where responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, overseeing employee branding programs, and coordinating job fairs. Prior experience includes a similar role at PT. Wismilak Inti Makmur, Tbk., where Arika conducted recruitment in the distribution and manufacturing fields and enhanced onboarding processes.
