Dindahayu Herma

Dindahayu Herma is a Mine Plan Expert at Pamapersada Nusantara, with experience in various roles within the mining engineering sector. Since April 2022, Dindahayu has contributed to the District MTBU project owned by Bukit Asam, Tbk. Prior to this, Dindahayu served as the FGDP Engineering Group Leader during an internship focused on the Muara Tiga Besar Utara Coal Project. Dindahayu's earlier positions include Jr. Mine Plan Engineer at PT Surya Dana Mahaka, where responsibilities included geology database management and resource estimation, as well as laboratory assistance in hidrogeology and geotechnical projects at Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Yogyakarta. Relevant internships at PT Berau Coal involved geotechnical assessments and final project studies on slope stability using Standard Penetration Testing. Dindahayu earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Geological Engineering from Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Yogyakarta from 2015 to 2019.
