Ilman Raufi

Ilman Raufi has over six years of experience in the energy sector, currently serving in management development at Pamapersada Nusantara since July 2017, with responsibilities including strategic management, business process evaluation, and risk management. Prior experience includes roles as a BTG Engineer and Operation Group Leader, overseeing the construction and operation of power plant systems, such as boilers and steam turbines. Educational qualifications consist of a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) and ongoing Master’s degree studies in Engineering/Industrial Management at the same institution. Ilman also completed an on-the-job training program at PT. IPMOMI - Paiton Energy in mid-2015.
