M. Fernaldo Harefa is currently in the position of IT Service Group Leader at Pamapersada Nusantara. Prior to this role, they held the position of Technical Support Engineer at PT Cyberindo Aditama (CBN) where they focused on installations, managing, and troubleshooting networking. Prior to that, they worked as an IT Support Technician at Telkom Indonesia. M. Fernaldo Harefa completed their A.md in Teknik Komputer from Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya in August 2021.
