Muhammad Alpani

Muhammad Alpani is an experienced professional in training management and operations, currently serving as the Group Leader Training Management Officer at Pamapersada Nusantara since March 2018. In this role, Muhammad Alpani creates and implements yearly training plans to enhance both technical and non-technical competencies for Group Leaders in the Production Department. Muhammad Alpani also manages competency data for Production group leaders across various locations and develops programs for new group leaders, including improvement projects. Previously, Muhammad Alpani was an Operation Management Instructor, where responsibilities included identifying training needs, creating databases for monitoring training effectiveness, and ensuring compliance with operational standards. Additionally, Muhammad Alpani interned at PT PLN (Persero), focusing on electrical system monitoring and maintenance. Muhammad Alpani holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, obtained in 2017.
