Ritmi Ihsan

Ritmi Ihsan is currently working as a Recruitment & Selection at Pamapersada Nusantara. Prior to this, Ritmi held positions at PT PAMAPERSADA NUSANTARA, PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero), and PT. Altrak 1978, where Ritmi focused on recruitment, assessment, and selection. Ritmi holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Bandung Islamic University, after completing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
