Syahrani Maulida Lubis

Syahrani Maulida Lubis serves as a Legal Counsel at Pamapersada Nusantara since June 2023, bringing substantial experience in the legal field, particularly within the financial technology sector from their previous position as Corporate Legal & Compliance Executive at KoinWorks, where responsibilities included drafting and reviewing contracts to ensure legal compliance. Prior to KoinWorks, Syahrani worked at Reliance Capital Management as Corporate Legal, providing legal support and assistance in preparations for an Initial Public Offering (IPO) and Bond Issuance, while also coordinating with external lawyers and managing regulatory changes. An early career internship at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia further developed their legal skills. Syahrani holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Business/Commerce from Universitas Padjadjaran, completed in 2018.
