James Mulvenon

James Mulvenon currently serves as the Chief Intelligence Officer at Pamir Consulting, LLC, a position held since June 2024. Prior to this role, James held the position of Director at Peraton Labs from February 2022 to June 2024 and served as Director of the Center for Intelligence Research and Analysis at Exovera from September 2017 to February 2022. James also directed the Center for Intelligence Research and Analysis at Defense Group Inc. from October 2004 to August 2017 and worked as a Senior Political Scientist at RAND from May 1995 to September 2004. James earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Political Science and Government from UCLA and a Bachelor of Arts in Asian Studies from the University of Michigan.
