Leslie F. Bullins

Ms. Bullins joined Pamlico Capital in 2008. She serves as the Tax Director of Pamlico Capital and is responsible for the firm’s U.S. federal and state income tax compliance, foreign withholding, and tax-related communications with investors.

Prior to joining Pamlico Capital, Ms. Bullins was a Senior Financial Analyst in the Europe Middle East & Africa International Tax and Principal Investing Group at Bank of America and was a Senior Accountant at Grant Thornton, LLP. Ms. Bullins received a BS from Appalachian State University.
