Roberta Morais

Roberta Morais has over two decades of experience in human resources and organizational culture. Since April 2001, Roberta has served as the Head of People & Culture at Nação Pampili, demonstrating leadership in fostering workplace culture and employee engagement. Prior to this role, Roberta worked at SPAIPA S/A as an Analista RH from January 1997 to March 2001. Educational achievements include a Licenciatura e Formação de Psicólogo in Psychology from Universidade do Sagrado Coração (1991-1995) and specialized training as a Psychotherapist in Jungian Psychology and Family and Couples Therapy from the Instituto de Psicologia Junguiana de Bauru and IBAP from 2001 to 2013.
