Arun Panda

Arun Panda is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in leadership roles, particularly as Chief Technical Officer in multiple organizations. Currently serving at Pan African Towers Limited since April 2022, Arun leads the Project, Planning and Operations team. Previously, Arun held the same title at Spectranet Limited from March 2015 to December 2021, overseeing network performance to meet business objectives, and at Libercell for one year. Arun's early career included significant roles at Hits Telecom Kuwait, focusing on technical operations in Tanzania, and Reliance Communications Ltd, where supervision of centralized NOC operations was a key responsibility. Arun began their career in the Department of Telecommunications, contributing to various technical functions. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Communications Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Telecommunication from Sambalpur University.
