Chisom Ndukwe

Chisom Ndukwe is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Pan African Towers, Chisom is responsible for steering overall HR direction and developing strategies to attract and retain talent. Previous roles, including Senior Manager of HR & Admin at the Nigerian Communications Commission, involved managing HR functions at both operational and strategic levels while providing expert advice to leadership. Chisom's earlier positions, including roles at MTN Nigeria and Access Bank Plc, contributed to mastery in recruitment processes and employee engagement strategies. Chisom holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management and Business from Aston University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resources Management from the University of Kent.
