Carolina Buscaglia

Carolina Buscaglia is a professional with experience in talent acquisition and clinical psychology. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Ssr. Analyst at Pan American Energy since June 2022, Carolina previously worked as a clinical psychologist at Particular from May 2022 to July 2023, providing psychoanalytic and cognitive-behavioral treatment to adolescents and adults. Additionally, Carolina held the position of Employment Analyst at Hospital Alemán from October 2021 to June 2022, focusing on candidate recruitment and conducting job interviews.
