Nicolás Natale

Nicolás Natale is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project control and management within the energy sector. Currently serving as the Corporate Executive Manager of Project Control and Management Control System at Pan American Energy since August 2017, Nicolás is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of over 60 major capital projects with a combined budget exceeding 2 billion USD. Prior to this role, Nicolás held significant positions at AXION Energy, including Head of Management Control for the Campana Refinery Expansion Project, a pivotal project in the country's refining sector, and worked as a Planning and Operative Costs Engineer at ExxonMobil. Nicolás possesses a strong educational background, including an MBA candidate degree from Universidad del CEMA, a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Nacional del Centro de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, and various specialized programs in management, coaching, and entrepreneurship.
