Luis E. Albandoz

Luis E. Albandoz has extensive experience in sales and management roles. From 2016 to the present, they have worked at Pan American Grain, starting as a Sales Manager and later becoming the Vice President of Sales. In these positions, Albandoz mentored and supported sales representatives, defined sales plans, and implemented sales performance metrics to improve revenue generation. Prior to their current role, Albandoz worked at B. Fernandez & Hnos Inc. from 1998 to 2016. Luis E. held various roles including Sales Manager for the Frozen Division, Key Account Manager, Senior Supervisor of the Off Premise Department, and District Sales Supervisor of the Off Premise Department. In these roles, Albandoz provided team leadership, designed new sales routes, created metrics to assess markets and productivity, and mentored sales representatives to meet sales objectives.

Luis E. Albandoz obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General, from Inter-American University of Puerto Rico - Metropolitan Campus. Luis E. completed this degree between 1993 and 1998. Additionally, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management from the same institution during the same period of time.
