Carlos Emmanuel Canelo Cohen

Carlos Emmanuel Canelo Cohen serves as a Business Intelligence and Data Analytics Consultant at the Pan American Health Organization since June 2022, focusing on the maintenance of MS Azure Data Warehouse and Power BI platforms. As the owner of Data Quantum SRL since March 2022, Carlos has also held various positions at the Direccion General de Aduanas, including Business Intelligence Director, where Carlos established the Business Intelligence Department and significantly reduced report generation time through automation. Prior roles include Database Specialist for the Economic Research Department and IT Auditor, contributing to econometric analysis and implementing ACL|GRC software solutions. Carlos's career began as an Information Systems Auditor at Soriano, Martinez & Asociados and included technical support at Verizon. Carlos holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Universidad APEC and has completed postgraduate studies at the Rochester Institute of Technology.
