Jhonny Serrano

Jhonny Serrano is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a SharePoint Technical Specialist at the Pan American Health Organization since August 2016, where responsibilities include application development support and user training for SharePoint tools. As the Founder and CEO of Growth Venue, a digital agency established in January 2010, Jhonny focuses on project management and optimizing marketing strategies to enhance ROI for businesses. Previously, Jhonny worked for The International Foundation for Electoral Systems from February 2008 to August 2016, holding roles as both Senior System Administrator and Help Desk Administrator, overseeing desktop support and managing Active Directory for over 300 users.
