Raul Choque

Raul Choque is a Human Resources Information Systems Specialist at the Pan American Health Organization since July 2016, where responsibilities include analyzing HRIS requirements, implementing process improvements, and providing technical support for the PASB Management Information System. Prior experience includes roles as Procurement Information Systems Specialist and Program Management Specialist focused on HRM modules. Former Executive Director of the National Program for Scholarships and Educational Loans at the Ministerio de Educación, Raul successfully managed 100,000 scholarships from 2012 to 2016. Previous positions include Program Manager and Country Coordinator at Georgetown University, National Director of Health Education and Communication at Ministerio de Salud del Perú, and various roles involving training and information systems implementation. Raul holds multiple degrees, including a Doctor of Education and a Master's in Project Management, complemented by a Post Doctoral Research in the Network of Humanitarian Action from the University of Groningen.
