Wolfran Silva is a seasoned software development professional with extensive experience in various roles within the IT and health sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Software Development Engineer at the Pan American Health Organization since September 2021, Wolfran specializes as a National PAHO Consultant of Information Systems and Platforms for Health.
