Alan Wrafter

Alan Wrafter is an experienced educational leader serving as the General Director at Pan-American School since July 2019. With a strong background in the International Baccalaureate organization since May 2015, Wrafter has held multiple roles including Synchronized Visit Chair, Global Lead for Continuum Initiatives, and Manager for IB World Schools, focusing on school management and the needs of educational institutions globally. Previous experience includes serving as Vice President of the Executive Board at ASOBITICO and as Upper School Principal and DP Coordinator at the American School of Bilbao. Wrafter holds a Masters in Educational Leadership & Management from the University of Nottingham and several other degrees in education and information technology from reputable institutions.
