Anibal Avendaño

Anibal Avendaño is the current VP of HR at Pan American Silver. Prior to this, they worked at BHP Billiton MInera Escondida from May 2003 to November 2007 as the Senior Training & Development Leader.

Anibal Avendaño has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Universidad de Chile, a Master's degree in Psychology from Universidad de Atacama, and a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Universidad Santa Maria, Chile.

Anibal Avendaño reports to Michael Steinmann, President & CEO. They are on a team with Charles A. Jeannes - Director, Sean Mcaleer - VP, Human Resources & Security, and George Greer - SVP, Project Development.
