Neil De Gelder

Neil De Gelder is the current director at Pan American Silver. Neil has over fifteen years of experience in the field of metallurgy and has worked with some of the biggest names in the industry. Neil's experience includes working on projects involving gold and silver ounces, as well as designing process plants that include crushing, milling, flotation, and bio-oxidation of concentrates. In their previous positions, Neil was responsible for metallurgical testing and project evaluation for a variety of different ore types. Neil has also developed technical scopes for gold deportment characterization and heterogeneity test-sampling studies. Neil's experience and skills make him an invaluable asset to Pan American Silver.

Neil De Gelder has a Master's in Metallurgy Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgical Engineering from the National University of Engineering.
