Tess Grossi

Tess Grossi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in international student coordination and customer service within the exchange visitor programs sector. Currently serving as Senior International Student Coordinator & ARO at Pan Atlantic Foundation, Tess manages partner accounts and processes over 250 visa applications annually while providing detailed visa guidance. As Volunteer Co-President of the Board of Directors for Scholarships for Maine Immigrants, Tess oversees board activities to enhance donor relationships and support community projects. Prior roles include Account Manager at MDprospects, where Tess managed client accounts and conducted tech support, and Customer Service Supervisor at CIEE, focusing on J-1 visa program management and team supervision.
