Bartolomeo Rafael Bialas is a visiting professor with extensive teaching experience at multiple institutions, including ESEN, Zachodniopomorska Szkoła Biznesu w Szczecinie, University of Information Technology and Management in Rzeszow, Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Krakow University, Pan-European University, and KSU | Kazimiero Simonavičiaus universitetas.
