Mohamed Abdellattif possesses extensive experience in operations and customer service within the shipping and logistics industry, with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving in operations at PAN MARINE GROUP since November 2021, Mohamed also holds the position of Senior Customer Service Representative at GAC Group since January 2019, where responsibilities include resolving customs-related issues for clients. Previous roles include Senior Operations Supervisor at GAC Group, Documentation and Customer Service at Inchcape Shipping Services, and Senior Operations Officer at Wilhelmsen Group, focusing on production operations and documentation. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Accounting from El Shorouk Academy and a Diploma in Management Information Systems.
