Kaz joined Pan Pac in April 2015 as Deputy Managing Director and representative of Oji Holdings/Oji Green Resource in Japan. Kaz joined Oji Group (Oji Management Office) in 2013 in the Overseas planning department (M&A). Prior to joining to Oji Group, Kaz worked in the Food (Wheat flour), Pharmaceutical and Shipbuilding industries in Japan, Thailand and Canada.
