Vlatka Srajbek

Vlatka Srajbek, EMBA, currently serves as Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Management Board at PAN-PEK d.o.o. Since December 2014, Vlatka held various leadership roles at GSK, including Head of In Country Finance Support Services, where responsibilities included spearheading the transition and implementation of the new commercial model and enhancing finance business partnering activities. Prior to GSK, Vlatka was Chief Financial Officer for Adriatic Markets at ISS A/S, where responsibilities encompassed governance, compliance management, and overall performance oversight of the Adriatic cluster. Vlatka's earlier experience includes finance and accounting management roles at LHB and Addiko Bank Hrvatska, among others. Academic qualifications include an Executive Master of Business Administration from COTRUGLI Business School and a Master's degree in Business Administration and Economics with a focus on Finance from the University of Zagreb.
