Adam Metzger

Adam Metzger currently serves as the Principal of Pana Elementary School within the PANA CUSD 8 SCHOOL DISTRICT, a position held since July 2022, and has previously held the same title at Lincoln Elementary School in the same district. In addition to administrative roles, Adam has been involved in coaching at Pana High School, including positions as Varsity Boys' Basketball Coach, Varsity Boys & Girls Golf Coach, and Assistant Basketball Coach since November 2014. Prior experience includes special education teaching at Pana CUSD#8 and Mid-State Special Education, as well as various practicum and intern roles in educational settings. Adam holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from American College of Education, a Master of Education in Special Education, and a Bachelor of Science in Recreation Sport Tourism with a concentration in Sport Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
