Hall Fess is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and management within the aftermarket automotive and heavy-duty truck industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Aftermarket Sales at Pana-Pacific since March 2025, Hall previously held positions including Sales Director for Heavy Duty Truck at Mission Critical Electronics and Sales Manager at Xantrex Technology. Hall's career also includes significant roles at Purkeys, where responsibilities spanned customer engagement and special projects, and as a Math Teacher with Teach For America, dedicated to enhancing education in high-needs school districts. Hall holds an MBA in Operations and Strategy from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of Arkansas.
