Stephanie Volante

Stephanie Volante has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Stephanie currently works as the Director of Revenue Integrity at Panacea Healthcare Solutions. Prior to this role, they were the Director of Patient Financial Services at the Illinois Health and Hospital Association from 2017 to 2023.

Before that, Stephanie worked at Northwestern Medicine, starting as the Manager of Coding Operations from 2015 to 2017. Stephanie Volante completed their education at the University of Illinois Chicago. From 1997 to 1999, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Health Information/Medical Records Administration/Administrator. Following this, they pursued a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from 1999 to 2001. In addition to their academic qualifications, Stephanie has obtained certifications from Epic, namely the EPIC HB Billing Charge Router/CDM. Stephanie also has a certification from AHIMA (American Health Information Management Association) called RHIA (Registered Health Information Administrator).
