Currently serving as the Distribution Manager, Alicia oversees supply continuity, provides front-line support for quality assurance, and coordinates performance metrics for vendors and distributors. Previously held positions include Office Manager, where responsibilities included managing the administrative team and supporting corporate offices nationwide, as well as roles in accounting, office coordination, and reception. Alicia's foundational experience also includes work as a Line Cook. With educational credentials from the University of the Fraser Valley in Applied Business Technology, Alicia provides a strong background in business administration and management.
