Robert Gates

Robert Gates is an accomplished General Manager with extensive experience in the automotive industry. Since January 2019, Robert has been leading Panama City Toyota, focusing on maximizing net profit and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Prior to this, Robert served as General Manager at Team One Toyota from December 2014 to January 2019, contributing to the success of the Greenway Automotive Group. Robert's career includes long tenures at Quality Toyota, where operations were managed from 2003 to 2014, and earlier roles at Hampton Automotive Group, Banner Auto Group, Toyota of Pensacola, and a foundational position in the US Navy as an Operations Supervisor. Robert's education includes graduation from the National Auto Dealer Association’s Dealer Academy, specializing in Dealer Operations, supplemented by studies at Northwood University.
