Prakash Iyengar serves as the Group Chief Financial Officer for Panamex Group since July 2014, managing financial operations for a global marketing and distribution entity focused on fast-moving consumer goods across more than 27 countries. Prior experience includes roles as an Investment Banker at Cavendish Management Resources, Group CFO at Vega Foods Ltd, Regional Finance Director at Olam International, Country Controller and Tax Lead at Dow Chemical, and various finance-related positions at Procter & Gamble. Prakash Iyengar holds a Senior Management Executive Education in Mergers & Acquisitions from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India.
