Qing Shi is currently serving as Vice President at Panamint Capital, starting in May 2023. Prior to this role, Qing held positions at Hull Street Energy, LLC as an Associate from June 2019 to April 2023, and at Energy Ventures Analysis, Inc. as a Senior Analyst in Energy Markets from January 2016 to May 2019. Qing holds a Master of Mineral and Energy Economics from Colorado School of Mines, a Master of Public Policy (MPP) in Energy Policy and International Economics from the University of Maryland, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Shanghai International Studies University.
