Pedro also has experience as a Systems Engineer, with testing experience in GSM, GPRS, and EDGE technologies. Pedro holds a Master of Science in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from The University of Texas at El Paso.
