Theresa Klemme

Theresa Klemme, MBA, PMP, serves as the Director of Program Management for Europe and the Middle East at Panasonic Avionics Corporation since June 2012, overseeing the program life cycle management and ensuring customer satisfaction for in-flight entertainment solutions. Prior to this, Theresa Klemme held multiple executive roles at Xerox from 1983 to January 2012, including Vice President General Manager of a $200M engineering business, where responsibilities encompassed product strategy, operational performance, and client focus. Theresa Klemme holds an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University, and additional education from Smith College.
