Currently serving as a Cost Accountant II at Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America since July 2025, Derick previously held the position of Cost Accountant I at James Hardie, where key responsibilities included delivering cost analysis and financial insights for strategic decisions. Derick has also worked as an Operations Accountant Supervisor at CareWear Wearable Therapeutics, leading a team to align financial operations with strategic objectives. Prior experience includes roles at Grand Sierra Resort, where responsibilities spanned banquet service, supervision, and FP&A analysis, enhancing guest experiences and improving financial performance.
