Thanos Bichtas

Thanos Bichtas is an experienced marketing professional specializing in sports marketing and event management. Currently serving as the Head of Marketing at Panathinaikos BC since December 2022, Thanos previously held positions such as Sports Marketing & Events Coordinator at Eurohoops and Event Supervisor at Panathinaikos BC. Thanos's expertise encompasses developing event strategies, managing budgets, and building strategic partnerships, along with a solid background in social media management and content creation from earlier roles, including Marketing Manager at FC Panionios GSS. Thanos holds a Master’s degree in Sports Management from the Johan Cruyff Institute and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media Studies from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens, supplemented by an Erasmus experience in France.
