James Watson

James Watson has over 11 years’ experience in the industrial property market and has a wide range of contacts within the sector. James’ role at Panattoni is to accelerate the national development programme for large-scale speculative and build-to-suit development, with a focus on the Greater London and southern M1 markets. James’ knowledge base and experience leaves him ideally placed to originate new transactions and oversee the leasing of existing projects within the business.

James is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has a degree in Land Management from the University of Reading. He has previously worked at Savills and DTRE in London, and more recently at Graftongate Developments.
