Nick Cripps

Nick Cripps (MRICS) is an Executive Director of Capital Markets Europe and Head of UK Capital Markets at Panattoni since January 2021, where responsibilities include the capitalisation of projects across the UK and Europe, along with managing global investor relationships. Prior to this, Nick served as a Partner in Capital Markets at Knight Frank from September 2008 to January 2021, accumulating over ten years of experience in the property industry with a focus on the UK Industrial Investment market. Nick holds a BA (Hons) in Geography with First Class Honours from Newcastle University and an MSc in Real Estate with Distinction from the University of Reading.
