Pasquale Monte

Pasquale Monte is an experienced treasury professional currently serving as the Treasury Manager for Panattoni Europe since January 2021, managing liquidity and payments for the European Group. Previous roles include Senior Treasury Analyst at Trane Technologies, where Pasquale focused on cash forecasting for over 40 EMEA entities, and Treasury Specialist at Pronovias, leading the integration of banking systems. Pasquale's tenure at International Automotive Components Group involved daily reconciliations, forecasts, and managing various banking operations. Prior experience at IBM included cash management for multiple countries in the region and maintaining banking relationships. Pasquale holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from ISEB and a Master’s in International Economics from Università degli Studi di Bari, complemented by a degree in Business Administration from the same university.
