Tom Watkins

Tom joined Panattoni from the University of Reading where he studied Investment and Finance in Property. His specialism focus and interests was Investment Strategy and Management, International Real Estate Markets and Real Estate Finance.

During his three years at University he spent time in the agency sector gaining valuable experience in investment, development and industrial agency.

In Panattoni, Tom works within the Capital Markets team. His role includes the preparation of financial appraisals for acquisitions, preparing investment documents for Panattoni’s capital partners and Investment Committee Reports for Panattoni’s internal approval process.
