Carl Panattoni

Carl Panattoni is the Chairman of Panattoni Development Company (PDC), founded in 1986. Carl is an active board member for the company’s US, European, and Canadian operations. The company’s experience includes industrial, office, and retail development throughout the United States, Canada and Europe. Since inception, PDC has developed more than 302 million square feet of space. Before founding PDC, Carl was a practicing attorney and the managing partner of Panattoni, Oates and Massie Development Company.
