Michael Gajos

Michael Gajos is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in capital markets and real estate finance. Currently serving as Director of Capital Markets at Panattoni Development Company since October 2020, Michael has held various roles in the finance department, including Regional Finance Officer, Senior Finance Manager, and Finance Manager. Prior to this, Michael was a Real Estate Structured Finance Associate at Bank of America from January 2019 to October 2020, focusing on CMBS originations. Michael began a career at JPMorgan Chase as an Analyst in the Real Estate Banking division from February 2017 to January 2019. Michael earned a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations with a focus on Global Business from the University of Southern California, following completion of high school at New Trier Township High School in 2013.
