Lesley Kantor has extensive experience in the marketing and entertainment industry. Lesley started their career as a Coordinator/Assistant at BWCS Agency (now ICM Partners) in 2003. Lesley then moved on to become a Talent Agent at BWCS Agency in 2005 and later at Paradigm Talent Agency in 2006. At both agencies, they successfully negotiated deals for their clients and managed their business relationships.

In 2020, Lesley Kantor joined Chief as a founding member in Los Angeles. Their latest role was as the Chief Marketing Officer at Panavision, where they led global brand marketing strategies and implemented advanced digital strategies to improve market share and customer acquisition. Lesley also redesigned the organizational structure and onboarded external partners to support corporate goals.
