Michael T. Cullen

Dr. Cullen has served as Executive Chairman of the board and as a director of the Company since September 2015. He resumed his responsibilities as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company in October 2018. Dr. Cullen brings 30 years of pharmaceutical experience to the Company, including expertise in working with development-stage companies in planning, designing and advancing drug candidates from preclinical through clinical development.
