Frastiana Ramadhan, CPLM, currently serves as Section Head of Performance at Pancaran Group, where responsibilities include supporting the General Manager with performance analysis and aligning operational KPIs with business objectives. Previous experience includes a role as Business Process Analyst Lead at Accenture, leading inventory management projects to enhance efficiency, and as Supervisor of the Inland Service Department at PT Salam Pacific Indonesia Lines, focusing on order tracking and vendor negotiations.
