Penny Bilawa

Penny Bilawa has extensive experience in property management and software applications, currently serving as a Software Application Specialist and Property Manager at Panco Management Corporation since November 2019. Previous roles include General Manager at McCaffery Inc. from October 2017 to November 2019, and Property Manager at Berkshire Communities from January 2008 to July 2017, overseeing properties such as Berkshires at Rock Spring and The Seasons Apartments & Townhomes. Earlier in career, Penny held the position of Property Manager at Aimco, managing various apartment complexes in Maryland and Florida from September 1999 to January 2008. Penny is a graduate of Rockville High School, completing studies from 1988 to 1992.
