Isabel Novoa

Isabel Novoa, MS, AMFT, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Human Resources at the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network and as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist at Isetta Psychotherapy, Inc. In these roles, Isabel provides therapeutic sessions for individuals and families dealing with various diagnoses while also developing customized treatment plans using evidence-based methodologies. Prior experience includes a long tenure at Epson America Inc., where Isabel held various HR management roles, leading initiatives in employee culture, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee benefits administration. Isabel holds a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Mount Saint Mary's University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from California State University, Long Beach.
