George Bails

George Bails has extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as Head of Finance at Panda Windows and Doors since July 2024, and as Controller at BB Recycling since November 2018. Previous roles include Vice President of Finance at 2600Hz and Accounting Manager at Duraflame, Inc., among others. George has significant expertise in tax preparation and firm performance improvement from positions as Senior Tax Accountant/Manager at Affinity Tax & Consulting and Senior Tax Accountant at Payan & Payan Certified Public Accountants. An early career in engineering included roles as Test Engineer at Schneider Electric and Test Technician at Teledyne EMS. George holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Business Law from Tennessee State University and an Associate of Applied Science in Avionics Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
